Nike Oregon Project (NOP) was shut down after the US Arbitration Tribunal banned the program's direcotr and main coach Alberto Salazar for break anti-doping rules last month. Some of the charges against Salazar was; administration of prohibited method, tampering and/or attempted tampering with (NOP) athletes doping control process, and trafficking and/or attempted trafficking of testosterone between 2010 and 2014. Dr. Jeffrey Brown, an endocrinologist who worked as a consultant for the NOP was also banned for conducting experiments on athletes in order to find improve their performance. Pete Julian, who was an assistant coach of Salazar, is continuing to coach several NOP athletes. He denies involvement with Dr. Brown, but clear evidence provided by former athletes coach by Julian proved he was also working together with Dr. Brown.
